藍圖不是一份替你決定的學校清單。它把「你是誰、現實條件、世界選項、想過的生活」放到同一個決策框架，留下來源、假設、風險和下一步。A blueprint is not a university list that decides for you. It puts who you are, real constraints, world options and the life you want into one decision framework, recording sources, assumptions, risks and next steps.

以查證狀態區分已確認、待確認與個案假設。Separate confirmed facts, items to verify and case assumptions.

把學費、生活、時間和匯率不確定性放入決策。Bring tuition, living costs, time and exchange-rate uncertainty into the decision.
風險與後備Risks and fallbacks

藍圖的邊界Blueprint boundaries
規劃不是預言。Planning is not prediction.
- 藍圖依賴學生提供的資料和製作時可查證的來源；要求和費用可能改變。The blueprint depends on student-provided information and sources verifiable at the time; requirements and costs can change.
- 任何排名、預算與路線比較都必須保留日期、來源和假設。Rankings, budgets and route comparisons must retain dates, sources and assumptions.
- 藍圖不保證錄取、簽證、獎學金、實習、工作或任何特定結果。The blueprint does not guarantee admission, visas, scholarships, placements, jobs or any particular result.
- 學生保留最終決定，並應在提交或付款前核對相關機構的最新要求。The student retains the final decision and should check the relevant authority’s latest requirements before submission or payment.
