時間與複雜程度Timing and complexity
迫近的截止日、跨制度問題、補件或多方協調，可能改變可行範圍。Near deadlines, cross-system questions, additional documents or multi-party coordination can change what is feasible.

- 04確認才開始Start after agreement
雙方確認範圍和責任，才進入正式工作。Formal work starts after both sides agree the scope and ownership.
報價不是留學總預算A quote is not the total study budget
把顧問費與第三方費用分開。Separate consulting fees from third-party costs.
- 書面報價會列明 ASIDU 的服務與交付。The written quote identifies ASIDU’s service and deliverables.
- 大學申請費、考試、翻譯、公證、認證、簽證、保險、住宿和旅行等，除非書面列明，均不屬於顧問費。University fees, tests, translation, notarisation, credential checks, visas, insurance, housing and travel are not consulting fees unless expressly stated.
- 預算工具是規劃參考，不是 ASIDU 報價，也不是即時匯率或付款通知。The budget tool is for planning; it is not an ASIDU quote, live exchange rate or payment notice.
- 任何超出原定範圍的工作，應先說明、確認，再執行。Work beyond the agreed scope should be explained and confirmed before it is performed.
