本政策說明目前 ASIDU 官方網站主機、經同意才啟用的 Google Analytics 4、諮詢表格及電郵聯絡實際使用的資料流程。我們不會要求你在第一次查詢時提交敏感文件。This notice describes the data flows currently used by the ASIDU official website host, consent-gated Google Analytics 4, enquiry form and email contact. We do not ask for sensitive documents in an initial enquiry.
五條資料路徑Five data paths
每次載入頁面時，Cloudflare 的 Workers 主機及內容傳送服務可能處理 IP 位址、瀏覽器／裝置資料、請求路徑、時間及安全記錄，以傳送、保護及排解網站問題。When a page loads, Cloudflare Workers hosting and delivery services may process IP address, browser or device data, requested path, timestamps and security logs to deliver, protect and troubleshoot the site.
切換繁體中文或英文時，網站在你的瀏覽器本機保存 asidu-language。網站亦在本機儲存分析的接受或拒絕偏好，以記住你的選擇。這些偏好本身不會傳送給 ASIDU；清除網站資料即可刪除，並會使分析回到預設關閉狀態。When you switch language, the site stores asidu-language locally in your browser. It also stores your accept or reject analytics preference locally so your choice is remembered. These preference records are not themselves sent to ASIDU. Clearing site data removes them and returns analytics to its default-off state.
Tally 表格可收集姓名、年齡、電郵、電話、感興趣的國家、所需服務、諮詢語言及自願的推廣電郵選擇。Tally 亦可能處理國家及裝置／連線等技術資料；表格包含由 Loom 提供的嵌入影片。The Tally form can collect name, age, email, phone, countries of interest, requested service, consultation language and an optional marketing choice. Tally may also process country and device or connection data; the form includes an embedded Loom video.
Tally 私隱政策Tally privacy policy ↗你選擇寄出的內容會由你和 ASIDU 的電郵服務處理。ASIDU 目前使用 Google Workspace 接收及處理官方電郵。Information you choose to email is processed by your email provider and ASIDU's provider. ASIDU currently uses Google Workspace for official email.
help@asidu.me只有在你接受後，網站才會從 Google 載入 Google Analytics 4 標籤、發出分析請求及設置 _ga 類別 cookie。可傳送資料限於已移除查詢字串及 # 片段的頁面路徑、網站語言、粗略互動類型（例如按鈕點擊、預算工具的國家／時長調整、篩選及分頁）、標準裝置／瀏覽器資料及大致地理位置。分析事件只接受預先允許的名稱和粗略值。Only after you accept does the site load the Google Analytics 4 tag from Google, send analytics requests and set _ga-category cookies. Data that may be sent is limited to the page path after query strings and # fragments are removed, site language, coarse interaction types (such as button clicks, budget-tool destination or duration changes, filters and pagination), standard device or browser information and approximate geography. Analytics events accept only pre-approved names and coarse values.
分析絕不傳送文章搜尋詞、顧問工具文字、Tally 答案、姓名、電郵地址、電話、文件、原始網址、查詢字串或計算器的精確輸入或結果。我們不使用廣告追蹤、再行銷或個人化廣告；廣告儲存、廣告使用者資料及廣告個人化同意永遠設為拒絕。Analytics never sends blog search terms, adviser text, Tally answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers, documents, raw URLs, query strings or exact calculator inputs or outputs. We do not use advertising tracking, remarketing or personalised ads; consent for ad storage, ad user data and ad personalisation is always denied.

一般查詢不是文件櫃A general enquiry is not a document vault
請勿透過一般預約表格或首次電郵傳送護照、身份證、完整成績單、銀行或醫療資料、住址證明或登入資料。若個案需要文件，先向 ASIDU 確認用途及傳送方式。Do not send passports, identity cards, full transcripts, bank or health information, proof of address or login details through the general form or an initial email. If a case requires documents, first confirm the purpose and transfer method with ASIDU.
用途、保留與選擇Purpose, retention and choice
了解你的升學目標、回覆查詢、安排諮詢、提供所要求的服務、維持服務紀錄，以及遵守合理的法律或安全責任。如你接受網站分析，聚合數據亦用於了解哪些頁面和工具有幫助、發現功能問題及改善網站。To understand your education goal, answer an enquiry, arrange a consultation, provide a requested service, maintain service records and meet reasonable legal or security obligations. If you accept website analytics, aggregate data is also used to understand which pages and tools are useful, identify functional issues and improve the site.
分析完全可選，預設關閉。在你明確接受前，不會從 Google 載入標籤、發出分析請求或設置 _ga cookie。接受和拒絕以同等方式提供，拒絕不影響網站功能。你可隨時使用固定顯示的「管理私隱」控制撤回或更改選擇；撤回後網站會停止後續分析傳送，並嘗試刪除本網站設置的 GA cookie。Tally 內的推廣電郵選項另行自願提供，不影響一般查詢；你可透過電郵取消。Analytics is entirely optional and off by default. Until you explicitly accept, no Google tag is loaded, no analytics request is sent and no _ga cookie is set. Accept and reject are offered equally, and rejection does not affect site functions. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time through the persistent Manage privacy control; withdrawal stops future analytics transmission and the site attempts to delete its GA cookies. The marketing-email option in Tally is separately voluntary and does not affect a general enquiry; you can opt out by email.
ASIDU 會按查詢、服務、爭議及適用責任的實際需要保存及覆核紀錄。Google Analytics 4 內的事件及使用者資料最長保留 14 個月；本機的同意偏好保留至你更改選擇或清除網站資料。主機、表格及電郵供應商亦按各自政策管理技術與服務資料；你可聯絡 ASIDU 提出刪除要求，我們會在法律及技術允許範圍內處理。ASIDU keeps and reviews records according to the practical needs of the enquiry, service, disputes and applicable obligations. Event and user data in Google Analytics 4 is retained for no longer than 14 months; the local consent preference remains until you change it or clear site data. Hosting, form and email providers also manage technical and service data under their own policies; you can ask ASIDU to delete information and we will act within legal and technical limits.
網站主機、Tally、Loom、Google Workspace 及（只在你接受後）Google Analytics 4 可在澳門以外處理技術、聯絡或分析資料。Google 是 GA4 的分析服務供應商，其全球基礎設施可能涉及跨境處理。ASIDU 只使用提供網站及服務所需的供應商。The website host, Tally, Loom, Google Workspace and (only after you accept) Google Analytics 4 may process technical, contact or analytics information outside Macao. Google is the GA4 analytics provider, and its global infrastructure may involve international processing. ASIDU uses providers only where needed to operate the site and service.
Google 私隱政策Google Privacy Policy ↗在發送分析事件前，網站會刪除網址的查詢字串和 # 片段，並只允許預先列明的事件名稱及粗略參數。不會將文章搜尋詞、顧問工具文字、Tally 答案、姓名、電郵地址、電話、文件、原始網址、查詢字串或計算器的精確輸入或結果放入分析。廣告相關同意訊號永遠保持拒絕。Before an analytics event is sent, the site removes URL query strings and # fragments and permits only pre-listed event names and coarse parameters. Blog search terms, adviser text, Tally answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers, documents, raw URLs, query strings and exact calculator inputs or outputs are excluded from analytics. Advertising-related consent signals always remain denied.
未滿 18 歲的學生應在適當情況下由家長或監護人協助提交查詢及作出服務決定。Students under 18 should involve a parent or guardian in enquiries and service decisions where appropriate.
你可要求查閱、更正或刪除由 ASIDU 管理的資料，或撤回推廣選擇。網站分析同意可透過固定顯示的「管理私隱」控制直接撤回。部分資料可能因法律責任或爭議處理而需要保留。You may ask to access, correct or delete information managed by ASIDU, or withdraw a marketing choice. Analytics consent can be withdrawn directly through the persistent Manage privacy control. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations or dispute handling.
