- 校內宿舍:通常較容易連結校園,但房型、膳食、假期開放和續住規則要核對。University housing: often easier for campus connection, but check room type, meals, holiday access and renewal.
- 私人學生公寓:設施集中,但合約期、管理費和提前解約可能較嚴格。Private student residence: concentrated facilities, but contract length, service charges and early termination may be stricter.
- 私人合租:選擇多,亦要清楚共同租約、帳單、室友責任和押金。Shared private rental: more choice, with shared-tenancy, bill, housemate and deposit responsibilities.
- 寄宿家庭:日常支援較多;膳食、門禁、交通和家庭規則要寫清楚。Homestay: potentially more daily support; clarify meals, curfew, transport and household rules.
- 短期住宿:適合抵埗過渡,不宜在未計總成本下長期使用。Temporary housing: useful on arrival, but not a long-term default without total-cost comparison.
把廣告價變成完整月成本Turn the advertised price into a complete monthly cost
加入水電、暖氣、網絡、地方稅或豁免、保險、交通、洗衣、家具、膳食和合約空置期。再把訂金、預付租金和一次性費用放到現金流時間表。Add utilities, heating, internet, local tax or exemption, insurance, transport, laundry, furniture, meals and any unused contract period. Place deposits, advance rent and one-off fees on a cash-flow timeline.

- 用官方院校住宿頁、政府登記或可信平台核實房東和地址。Verify the landlord and address through institutional housing pages, government registers or trusted platforms.
- 閱讀租期、取消、押金、維修、訪客、轉租和退房條款。Read term, cancellation, deposit, repair, guest, subletting and move-out clauses.
- 付款到合約列明的收款方,保留合約、收據和訊息;資料突然改變要以另一渠道確認。Pay the named contracting party, retain the contract, receipt and messages, and verify sudden detail changes through another channel.
