英國文化協會的香港及澳門報名頁會說明澳門目前提供的考試類型、報名前需要的資料，以及進入正式報名系統的方法。IELTS 官方網站亦設有澳門考試中心資料頁。不要從社交媒體截圖、過期價目表或第三方代報連結開始。The British Council booking page for Hong Kong and Macao explains the currently offered test types, what applicants need and how to enter the booking system. IELTS also maintains an official Macao test-centre page. Do not begin from a social-media screenshot, an old price list or an unofficial booking link.

先選對考試，不要先選日期Choose the test before choosing a date

  • IELTS Academic：通常用於大學或其他高等教育申請，但仍須查看每個課程的官方要求。IELTS Academic: commonly used for university or higher-education applications, but each programme's official requirement must still be checked.
  • IELTS General Training：用途與 Academic 不同；不要因為日期方便便自行替換。IELTS General Training: serves a different purpose from Academic and should not be substituted merely because its date is convenient.
  • IELTS for UKVI：是否需要 UKVI 版本，取決於你所走的英國簽證或課程路線。IELTS for UKVI: whether this version is required depends on the UK visa or programme route you are following.

最可靠的做法，是先在大學課程或簽證主管機關網站確認可接受的考試名稱、最低分數、單科要求和成績有效期，再回到官方報名頁選場次。First confirm the accepted test name, overall score, component requirements and result validity on the programme or responsible immigration website. Then return to the official booking page to choose a sitting.

報名前五項核對Five checks before booking

  1. 把課程或簽證頁要求的完整考試名稱抄下來。Copy the complete test name required by the programme or visa page.
  2. 準備有效護照或官方接受的香港／澳門身分證明；未滿 18 歲者查看監護人同意要求。Prepare a valid passport or accepted Hong Kong/Macao identity document; applicants under 18 should check the parental-consent requirement.
  3. 確認姓名拼寫與申請大學時使用的證件一致。Ensure the spelling of your name matches the identity document used for university applications.
  4. 選擇能在截止日前取得成績、並留有重考緩衝的日期。Choose a date that returns results before the deadline and leaves a realistic retake buffer.
  5. 在付款前再次查看場次、考場、取消／轉期規則與總費用。Before payment, recheck the sitting, venue, cancellation or transfer rules and total fee.
